Service DetailsOffers various workshops, programs and exercise classes**: 
* Self-Management Programs to enable better management of arthritis 
* Fibromyalgia Management Program focuses on pain management and coping skills 
* Inflammatory Arthritis Education Course focuses on pain management, protecting joints and managing fatigue 
* Osteoarthritis Management Programs focus on importance of early intervention, identifying risk factors, and creating a lifestyle management plan 
* Chronic Pain workshops focus on self-management skills and the principles of pain management 
* The Kelowna Lunch and Learn Club offers a monthly social support group that focuses on education
