Service DetailsAccess to Employment - educates and assists employers and people with disabilities to secure competitive employment  
 
The Powder Hounds Adaptive Ski Club at Big White - offers unique skiing and recreation opportunities for individuals who are physically and sensory challenged 
 
The Okanagan Thunderchairs Power Wheelchair Soccer Team - wheelchairs are fitted with a steel or plastic foot-guard that protects the players' feet & shins and is used to hit and propel the ball * weekly practices for games in Penticton, Kelowna, Vernon, Kamloops and a tournament in Phoenix, Arizona 
 
Transportation Program - provides two lift accessible wheelchair vans for members 
 
Wheelchair Basketball - is an active city league that practices twice weekly and travels to provincial tournaments 
 
Adaptive Curling - Gold Medal Olympians are part of PIM and provide programs for people with disabilities 
 
Kids in Action - provides opportunities for children with disabilities and their families to take part in sports such as tennis, swimming, bocce, sledge hockey and skiing 
 
Adaptive Equipment Loan Cupboard - offers adaptive recreation equipment that is loaned to members which allows people with disabilities to hike, bike and golf
