Description & Services
| Service Details | Delivers a voluntary, family-centered home visiting program to first-time parents, through family outreach workers who offer prenatal support, promote positive parent child interaction, support healthy infant/child growth and development and make referrals to community resources to meet the family's needs |
| Hours | Mon-Fri: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm (closed 12pm - 1pm) |
| Eligibility | Ages: 5 year(s) and under - Service can begin when families are either pregnant or parenting an infant less than 3 months of age at program entry - Service may continue for up to 5 years |
