| Service Details | - Provides outdoor and camp experiences to young adults and youth living with special needs and chronic illnesses - Improves participant self-esteem and confidence in a stimulating, supportive, empowering and fun environment, while ensuring physical and emotional well-being - Camps include: Hearts of Gold Camp (ages 12-17); Young Adult Camp #1 (18-30); Mixed Medical Camp #1 (Children's Heart Network, Hematology and Gastro-intestinal); CNIB (children who are blind or partially sighted); Down Syndrome, Epilepsy, and Muscular Dystrophy Week; Autism Spectrum Disorder Camp #1; Mixed Medical Camp #2 (including Craniofacial Differences; Leadership in Training; Southlands (STARS) & Alderwood Camp; Autism Spectrum Disorder Camp #2; Young Adult Camp #2 (18-40 years of age) |
