| Service Details | - Offers an educational group designed for children, ages 7-11, who have a family member living with a mental health issue that enhances their understanding of mental health and/or substance misuse issues, and how these challenges affect them and their families - Provides opportunities to strengthen interpersonal relationships, increase problem solving skills, and to identify networks of support - Also teaches children to anticipate and manage stressors of daily living and to cope with life transitions - Provides a safe environment in which to gain a stronger understanding of self and others |
