Description & Services
Service Details | - Provides direct and contracted community-based mental health services, including assessment and therapy, to children, youth and their families on a voluntary basis - Offers information, consultation and support to other service providers who may be working directly with children and youth not receiving services from CYMH - Serves as gatekeeper for tertiary care referrals to treatment centres |
Hours | Intake Hours: - Tue- 9:00am-11:00am, 1:00pm-3:00pm - Thurs- 9:00am-11:00am Due to COVID-19, please call before visiting. |

How to Apply | - Children, youth, and families can attend a CYMH intake clinic for an intake interview, which can take around 45-90 mins - Older children and youth (age 13+) are strongly encouraged to attend with their parents/caregivers, although they are allowed to attend on their own without their parent/caregiver - Please call the clinic before attending |
