| Service Details | - Offers single family rental housing to the highest acceptable bidder and rented on a month by month or on a lease basis - Utilities are not included - Some pets may be permitted but must be approved prior to occupancy - Waiting list is not maintained, only short-listed applicants will be contacted |

| How to Apply | Applications can be obtained when there is an active listing through the link or during normal business hours at City Hall. The City does not keep rental applications on file. All applications for property rentals are accepted for that property only. When the listing has expired, the applications are destroyed. |
