| Service Details | Enhances the quality of life for seniors in the community by providing various programs and services, such as: -Information and Referral Services: Provides information about community services and resources for seniors -Linked Together Program: Social and Wellness Opportunities for Seniors Age 65+ -Senior Centre Without Walls: Virtual and Telephone Programming - Seniors Coffee Break Groups: Provides drop-in social opportunities; please call before attending - Eldernet Program: Provides one-on-one computer mentoring/training - Better at Home: Provides affordable, non-medical home support services to seniors - Seniors Regional Housing Program: Housing Outreach Social Worker provides support and assistance to eligible seniors by assisting individuals to locate or maintain stable and affordable housing |
