| Service Details | - For adopted adults, birth parents who place a child for adoption, siblings of a child who was placed for adoption, and children or grandchildren of an adopted adult who is deceased - Provides search, intermediary, and support services to those whose lives have been affected by a BC adoption |
| Eligibility | Ages: 19 year(s) and up - Adoptees 19 years of age or older who were adopted in BC, and are now interested in locating and contacting their pre-adoption family - Relinquished a child in BC and are now interested in having contact, where the adoptee is 19 years of age or older |
| Cost | Service - $25 fee to register, $250 fee later on if search is conducted |
