| Service Details | - Provides a culturally appropriate program with a holistic approach focused on achieving and maintaining wellness through the balanced teachings of the Medicine Wheel - Services include assistance with obtaining health care and contact with Aboriginal Patient Navigator; assistance with Canada Pension Plan, Old Age Security, and Guaranteed Income Supplement applications; access to mental health services; and housing - Activities for Elders include a monthly Elders’ Luncheon, attending the annual Elders’ Gathering, Elders’ Picnic, medicine picking, yoga, and other activities |
