| Service Details | - Provides services aimed at reducing cardiovascular risk factors and enhancing the health of individuals in the Central Okanagan - Provides risk factor modification through education and exercise - Helps improve fitness level, functional capacity and quality of life - Exercising in our clinically supervised environment ensures the utmost patient safety through close monitoring of heart rate, blood pressure, and telemetry - Offers a variety of programs and tailors each exercise session to meet the needs and goals of the individual - Focuses on cardiac risk factors, healthy eating, exercise guidelines, goal setting, stress and relaxation and understanding medications |

| Eligibility | Appropriate C.O.A.C.H participants are those who have experienced or managing: Heart Attack, Atrial Fibrillation, Angioplasty/Stenting, Cardiac Arrest, Open Heart Surgery, Medically Managed Heart Disease |
