| Service Details | - Provides support, prevention, and education with a focus on wellness for people living with, affected by, or at-risk for HIV/AIDS, viral hepatitis, and other sexually transmitted blood borne infections - Provides a variety of harm reduction supplies for safer sex and substance use, and naloxone for the reversal of opioid overdose - Assists in connecting individuals to services addressing health, housing, and income, and creates and nurtures support networks within the community |
