Description & Services
| Service Details | A Toll-free, province-wide helpline that offers compassionate listening and referrals for individuals suffering from grief and bereavement. Services are confidential and free. Compassionate and caring volunteers are familiar with over 300 grief support services in 85 communities in our province. It also offers specialized grief and loss support for individuals who have lost loved ones to homicide or suicide. Annual 8-week grief support groups are offered in the fall for suicide loss and the spring for homicide loss. Training for professionals on various topics including sudden and traumatic loss offered periodically. There are fees for the trainings. Please contact for more information. |
