| Service Details | Provides free flights to Canadians who cannot afford the cost of an airline ticket to get to specialized medical care outside their home communities. |
| Hours | Flight Requests: Mon-Fri: 9:00am - 7:30pm (EST); online requests: 24/7 |
| Eligibility | Flights are arranged on Canada's national and regional airlines and on private planes for those: - who are flying for a confirmed medical appointment that is covered by their provincial health plan - who are unable to afford the airline ticket (financial details for household are required) |
