Description & Services
Service Details | - Provides culturally sensitive support for families with children ages 0-6 who are at risk or have developmental delays - We incorporate all four aspects of the medicine wheel ensuring healthy mental, social, emotional, physical and spiritual growth - Support can include home visits, play groups, educational programs, prenatal and post-natal care, parenting support, developmental screening assessments, and individual activity plans supporting each child's healthy development - Helps link families to cultural teachings and activities - Will have two Aboriginal Development Workers beginning in January 2016 |

Eligibility | Ages: 6 year(s) and under - Contact program coordinator if you'd like to have your child screened - Both self referral and agency referrals accepted |
