Service Details | - Offers parenting education and support groups, that include Creative Playtime – a drop-in parent support group; Special Deliveries- a prenatal education and support group; and Wee-Tots- parent and tot education and support group - All programs offer a warm and welcoming environment for parents and their children (0-6y) where they can have some creative fun, connect with other families, relax and enjoy healthy snacks and find out more about other resources in the community - Also offers guest speakers occasionally who provide information and expertise in the area of health, nutrition, wellness and life-skills - All CAPC groups are led by qualified and experienced parenting support facilitators |
