| Service Details | - Offers comfortable safe home environments that support independence to individuals diagnosed with a persistent mental illness - Provides rehabilitation services based on individual needs, preferences and life choices -Long-term support and short term intensive rehabilitative support - Must be referred by Interior Health Mental Health Services |
