| Service Details | - Offers services for children and youth with special needs, ages 1-18 and their families/caregivers, who are experiencing difficulties that can include challenging behaviors and lagging skills - Observation and assessment - Development and implementation of a positive behavioural support plan - Direct work with youth and families and all people involved with the child or youth for consistent service coordination, implementation of plan across environments, and community network building |

| Eligibility | Ages: 18 year(s) and under Children and youth ages 0-18 who are: - Considered eligible for CYSN services by the Ministry for Children and Family Development - Diagnosed on the autism spectrum, FASD, complex developmental behavioural conditions, intellectual disability or other special needs - Prescreened by MCFD-CYSN social workers to determine eligibility for program services, their needs and priority for program - Families interested in accessing the program services may contact the Ministry for Children and Development, CYSN Services, in Kelowna or Penticton, or contact the Program Director for additional information |
