| Service Details | - Ensures quick and easy access to information and a flexible menu of services designed to help participants enter the workforce as quickly as possible - Resource centre offers workshops, labour market information, job boards and occasional support from staff members - Other participants may need additional supports with their work search or exploration of programs and benefits attached to Employment Insurance and Reachback eligibility, or Income Assistance - Assisted services can help participants through an exploration of their strengths and identification of possible barriers, resulting in the development of a personalized Action Plan which focuses on skill building to expedite engagement in the workforce or community |
