| Service Details | Provides individual and group counselling services for adults experiencing anxiety, depression due to relationship conflicts, difficulty balancing the demands of family life, struggles with life transitions or losses. |
| Hours | Mon-Fri: 8:30am - 12:00pm and 1:00pm - 4:30pm (Office) |
| Eligibility | Ages: 19 year(s) and up |
| How to Apply | Individual counselling is available at no cost only with a referral from Adult Mental Health Services. For Adult Mental Health services, please call 250-469-7070. Fee for services program start at $120 for 60 mins |
