| Service Details | - Reconnect Counsellors work with youth and their families by providing outreach, support, advocacy, referrals and mediation for high-risk youth, youth who are homeless, or at risk of homelessness - Works on reducing risk and preventing youth homelessness - Provides short-term service to youth ages 13-18, parent teen mediation, residency issues, alcohol and drug referrals, one-to-one support/counselling, hygiene and contraceptive education and products, and street outreach |
