Description & Services
| Service Details | - Offers a short-term program providing mental health services to high risk youth 12 -18 years of age with psychiatric issues who are not willing or not able to access mainstream mental health services - Works collaboratively with youth to develop and implement a treatment plan - Ongoing monitoring and evaluation is provided as well as education - Makes appropriate referrals to community mental health resources including physicians, child psychiatrists, Adult Mental Health, Kelowna General Hospital and Child and Youth Mental Health. Outreach Mental Health - Provides crisis intervention when required |
