| Service Details | - Provides a place where individuals dealing with mental health issues can come to connect with others, engage in wellness-based activities, learn and improve mental and physical wellness, and contribute to a vibrant community - Provides opportunities for fitness, recreation, skills-building and socialization - Activities include: yoga and relaxation, art studio, arts and crafts, Qigong, skills-building groups, discussion groups on wellness-related topics, community outings such as bowling or ping-pong |
