| Service Details | Social Purpose: arc programs exists to create thriving communities, free of systemic barriers and full of belonging, equity, and hope. arc programs' principles and philosophy of service delivery: arc programs is a multi-service community agency based in Kelowna and operating in the Central & South Okanagan and Kootenay regions. We have been accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) in recognition of our commitment to providing the highest quality services. We are further committed to supporting the best interest of the child or youth, within the context of family and community. It is in the best Interest of the child/youth to form and maintain lasting and supportive family relationships, and the ongoing connections and support of their communities of interest, be they cultural, social, spiritual or geographical. Our mission is to provide excellent support, prevention, intervention, treatment, and rehabilitative services, for children, youth & families as well as adults accessing community living services. |
