Description & Services
| Service Details | - Provides individualized, one to one support in home, community, educational settings and other environments as required - Works collaboratively with individual and other involved family and supports - PSI program provides services to adults diagnosed with either an Autism Spectrum Disorder or with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder and significant limitations in adaptive functioning - DD program provides services for those diagnosed with an intellectual disability - Services are provided in the areas of Residential Supported Living Outreach, Community Inclusion, Home and Community Based services, Skill Development, Employment Services, Behavioural Support and Support Coordination, Home Share |
