Service Details | - Ensures that Aboriginal children and youth in care of MCFD have a placement plan to respect and preserve their Aboriginal identity and their ties to their family, community and heritage - Identifies children for whom a return to family and community may be appropriate, and assists in developing and implementing appropriate reunification plans - Implements strategies to strengthen a connection to their community and culture, as well as the community's involvement in planning for the child |
