Service Details - Offers two English programs in Kelowna: EL, three levels 
- EAP (English for Academic Purposes), four levels 
- Classes include Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking
Hours Office: Mon-Fri, 8:30am - 4:00pm
Dates Sep-Dec, Jan-Apr, May-Jun, Jul-Aug
Eligibility - Permanent Residents and Canadian students are eligible to apply to the EL programs. 
- Landed Immigrant status, Permanent Resident, Refugee status or Canadian Citizenship documents are required.
