| Service Details | - Provides counselling and behavioral support services for British Columbians looking to quit or reduce tobacco and e-cigarette use through an internet-based Expert Chat service and a confidential quit line staffed by trained Quit Coaches - Provides access to a library of tools, tips and resources to help those thinking about quitting, planning to quit, starting to quit or working towards remaining tobacco-free - Offers a 14-week program which sends motivational text messages based on a person's quit date (standard text messaging/data rates may apply) |
