| Service Details | - Provides education and information through our Tenant Infoline, website, social media, multilingual resources and legal workshops - When appropriate, will provide direct advocacy to disadvantaged tenants by negotiating resolutions with problem landlords or providing representation at RTB dispute resolution hearings |
