| Service Details | Designed to accommodate a team of highly-skilled professionals who will be empowered to collaborate on cases, take actions that prevent re-victimization, and support the child’s long-term well-being, as well as non-offending caregivers. The goal is to provide a centre of leadership, promoting excellence in child abuse services, research, training and education – a collective community response to protecting children from abuse. Key services include: - Medical evaluation - Advocacy & support - Court preparation - Case coordination & review - Counselling - Community education - Professional training for social workers, medical staff & police - Forensic child interviews |
