Description & Services
Service Details - Acts as the central access point for complaints that are not addressed at the service delivery level 
- Provides a clear, consistent, timely and transparent process for patients to register complaints about the care they receive from Interior Health 
- Complaints will be dealt with promptly and fairly 
- Our office will formally register their complaint, work with them to identify a reasonable resolution to their concern, provide them with a response to their complaint and an explanation about any decisions and actions taken as a result of the complaint
Hours Mon-Fri: 8:30am - 4:30pm (closed statutory holidays and weekends)
