| Service Details | - Offers programs and training to swimmers at all levels of ability, in health or rehabilitation age 18 and up - Offers coaching tailored to individual needs from recreational to advanced competitive swimmers and triathletes - Activities include general fitness, technique improvement, faster times, stamina, and coached workout programs - Club is based at the H20 Adventure & Fitness Centre in Kelowna and offers a wide variety of coached sessions |
