| Service Details | - Offers brief counselling services for individuals experiencing pressing mental health concerns and psychosocial crisis and are struggling to cope - Services offered include further screening, stabilization and transition to other services - Ensures that individuals are seen in a timely manner and provided with a brief, completed service |
