Description & Services
Service Details - Offers a continuum of services for young people whose substance use is problematic, using our unique family care model to enable youth to remain connected to the community, and the individualized services and support they need to achieve their goals can be provided 
- Uses a holistic, strengths-based approach that emphasizes the ongoing assessment of functioning in all life areas, and interventions that meet young people where they are 
- Works with youth to develop their own goals and emphasize education, harm reduction and relapse prevention 
- Focuses on assisting youth to successfully transition to ongoing community supports and resources 
- Programs include: Youth Detox (to age 21 but priority is given to those age 16 and under), Daughters & Sisters Addiction Treatment for Teen Girls (for ages 12-18), Waypoint Addiction Treatment for Teen Boys (for ages 12-18), and Supported Recovery (to age 21)
Eligibility Ages: 21 year(s) and under
