| Service Details | - Provides a secure web application to connect patients with healthcare providers for private video visits - Patients visit with a licenced physician to discuss a variety of conditions, for general consultations, counseling, prescriptions, lab requisitions, referrals to specialists, and other conditions this service is NOT meant for people suffering from medical emergencies - Doctors will NOT renew prescriptions for narcotics or stimulants |
| Hours | Mon-Thu: 9:00am - 6:00pm Fri: 9:00am - 5:00pm Sat: 9:00am - 3:00pm Sun, Stat. Holidays: 9:00am - 10:00pm VIRTUAL CLINIC WAIT TIMES: between 10-20 minutes after initial sign up but may increase based on workload of the physicians and availability of a virtual doctor |
| Eligibility | - You will be required to provide your health card number (located on your BC CareCard or BC Drivers Licence) and a current email address - Appointment is necessary - NOTE: this service is provided at the Revolutionary Pharmacy location and is NOT available from a home computer |
| Cost | Service ; - Physicians bill for the visit as they would at a walk-in clinic - Revolution Pharmacy does not charge an additional cost for the visit - You will be required to provide your health card number (located on your BC CareCard or BC Drivers Licence) when you make your appointment |
