Description & Services
| Service Details | - Operates 30 self-contained bachelor units of low income, supportive housing for adult individuals, ages 19+ who are at risk of homelessness and/or are working towards managing mental health and/or substance misuse issues. - Life skill development is a key support in integrating individual tenants to more independent housing in a two-year period. | 
| Hours | Mon-Fri: 8:00am - 4:00pm | 
| Eligibility | Ages: 19 year(s) and up Individuals who are homeless or at risk of being homeless and are working towards managing mental health and/or substance misuse issues | 
| How to Apply | Please download the Supportive Housing Registration (SHR) Service form from our website and fax completed form to BC Housing’s Penticton office at 250.492.1080. You can also scan/email the application to their Health and Housing Coordinator, at interiorregion@bchousing.org. | 
| Cost | $400 if recieving Ministry of Social Development & Social Innovation funding or Rent Geared to Income (30% of Gross Income) for those recieving alternative funding resources |
