Service Details | - Helps students gain greater access to computer technology and provides the learning tools enabling them to develop the necessary skills for participating in today's knowledge-based, global economy - Collects, repairs and refurbishes donated surplus computers from government and private sector sources and distributes them to schools, public libraries and not-for-profit learning organizations in the province of BC |
Eligibility | Eligible Groups: - All K-12 schools (public and independent) registered with the Ministry of Education - First Nations schools, education/training centres, Friendship Centres - Public Libraries throughout British Columbia - Non-profit organizations that provide community access points to the internet, job/skills training, have an education mandate, support low income and/or new Canadians who need technology in the home. |
Cost | Equipment costs 80% less than other commercial resellers of the same product and is built to your specs and warrantied for 6 months * also offers FREE equipment |
