| Service Details | - Trains on how to identify and provide the initial help that is so important to people who are showing signs of a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis - Two day workshop covers explanations of mental health, mental illness and mental health problems, signs and symptoms of common mental health problems and crisis situations, information about effective interventions and treatments, and ways to access professional help |
