| Service Details | - Offers a client-initiated program on an ongoing but declining basis to graduates of the Essentials Program and/or the Residential Safe Home Program to help them become fully independent - Support includes, but is not limited to, one-to-one support for emotional needs, ongoing drug screening for accountability, ongoing access to trauma therapy, equine therapy, yoga therapy and Peer Mentor Programs, assistance in finding accommodation, support in meetings with Ministry of Children and Family Development, court and probation |
