Description & Services
| Service Details | Medically supervised facilities for adults seeking safe withdrawal from alcohol and/or drugs. Length of stay typically varies from 3 to 7 days, depending on the substance from which the individual is withdrawing. Throughout the entire stay we provide 24-hour nursing care in addition to access to an on-site physician. The Adult Withdrawal Management service operates out of our Hwy 33 site in Rutland. The service is free and self-referrals are accepted. What is the service: • Offered in a secure, illicit substance-free, live-in environment • Physician assessment informs and directs a medical treatment plan • Educational group sessions designed to increase understanding of addiction, coping skills, symptom management and community resources |

| How to Apply | If you are 19 years old or older and need medically monitored detox services to support safe withdrawal from substances, we welcome you to self-refer by calling 250 878 6316. Our Intake Coordinator will assist you by gathering the necessary information to plan your admission and care. If we are unable to offer a bed immediately upon referral, we will place you on our waitlist. We will contact you when a bed is available. |
