| Service Details | - Wise & Well is a volunteer outreach service helping older adults rebuild social and community connections to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation - Volunteers are screened, trained and then matched with older adults who have indicated an interest in the program - Volunteers will meet with participants in their own home and may also join them in attending existing community events and activities |
