| Service Details | A modular supportive housing project that supports individuals with diverse needs including homelessness, mental illness, and substance misuse; 46 studio suites, a common dining area, amenity space, commercial kitchen, and a room for support services; Each unit is furnished and includes a 3-piece bathroom and kitchenette; Also includes a secure storage area for bikes and personal possessions; 5 wheelchair-accessible units. Building is staffed 24/7, has controlled access, and has CCTV in common areas; Residents have access to meal programs, life and employment training support, health and wellness support services, and opportunities for volunteer work. |
