While the clinic is located in Kelowna, it is designed to address the needs of the Central Okanagan population, as well as short term residents such as tourists, students and temporary workers in the area.
Team-based care is available at the Kelowna UPCC for urgent, non-life threatening illnesses or injuries that need attention within 12-24 hours.
• No appointment is needed to access the Urgent and Primary Care Centre.
• Same-day appointments are available on a first come, first served basis.
